Who We Are

Our Mission

Brain Power Wellness teaches physical and mental brain breaks, mindfulness practices, and social emotional wellness strategies that support a positive classroom atmosphere. We partner with Teachers, Students, Parents, and Administrators to create a sustainable, healthy, happy and focused school environment.

What Makes Us Different?

We’re All That

There are a variety of excellent school programs that teach one or more of the following:

  • Mindfulness

  • Brain breaks

  • Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Neuroplasticity

  • Physical exercise

  • Positive Socialization

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Character Development

What separates Brain Power Wellness is that our training combines all of the above into a dynamic, engaging and

effective format.

We’re Efficient

The majority of our activities are just 1-2 minutes long and help ensure an energized, efficient and focused classroom atmosphere.

We’re Human

Positive relationships are the cornerstone of any successful classroom or school environment. While videos and webinars can be extremely instructive, it is the human component of our training system that sets us apart. Our certified trainers personally work with every student and staff member multiple times throughout the school year to create a vibrant culture of health, happiness and collaborative success. We’re Student Driven

We’re About Self-Care

We provide regular exercises for teachers and parents to manage their physical, emotional and mental health, thereby helping them tap into their highest potential.

We’re Sustainable

We provide tiered supports for students, teachers, administrators and parents to create a sustainable school-wide program. (Click here to see our model)
